(a) The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on Pennsylvania Avenue (County Road No. 3K480) on the south side between Post Mile 0.00 and Post Mile 0.02 (P.K. 0.00 to 0.03) and on the north side between Post Mile 0.00 and Post Mile 0.04 (P.K. 0.00 to P.K. 0.64).
