431-92. Parking on Railroad Avenue.
(a) The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on the following portions of Railroad Avenue (County Road No. C3J740):
(1) The north side thereof from the Northwestern Pacific Railroad tracks to Humboldt Bay.
(2) The south side thereof from the east end of the boat ramp to a point 200 feet (60.96 meters) easterly thereof. (Ord. 432, § 1, 5/8/1962)
(b) Angle parking shall be permitted on the south side of Railroad Avenue (County Road No. C3J740) from a point 200 feet (60.96 meters) west of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad tracks to a point 200 feet (60.96 meters) east end of the boat ramp. No parking of any other type shall be allowed at any time in the area specified in this section and within which angle parking is permitted. (Ord. 432, § 2, 5/8/1962)
(c) The parking of vehicles on the south side of Railroad Avenue (County Road No. C3J740) from the intersection with Fields Landing Drive (County Road No. C3J700) to a point 50 feet (15.24 meters) westerly, Post Mile 0.00 to Post Mile 0.01 (P.K. 0.00 to P.K. 0.02), shall be restricted to ten (10) minutes between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and holidays excluded.
