The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on both sides of Redwood Avenue (County Road No. 4L580) in the Arcata area from its intersection with the east line of Frontage Road (County Road No. 4L560) to a point 300 feet (91.44 meters) easterly of said intersection with Frontage Road.
