(a) Description. It is unlawful for any person to stop or park a motor vehicle on or to fish from the following bridges:

(1) Mad River Bridge (Bridge No. 4C-60) on Hatchery Road (County Road No. 5L015) at Post Mile 0.00 (P.K. 0.00). (Ord. 1115, § 1, 1/11/1977)

(b) Penalty. This section is adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code § 21109. In accordance with Vehicle Code § 42001(a), every person convicted of an infraction for violation of this section shall be punished upon a first conviction by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and for a second conviction within a period of one (1) year, by a fine of not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and for a third or any subsequent conviction, within a period of one (1) year, by a fine of not exceeding Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
