No person shall park or leave standing, or cause to be left parked or left standing, any vehicle, upon any street, highway, public road, or thoroughfare, in the unincorporated area of the County of Humboldt for a period of ten (10) or more consecutive days. (Ord. 2280, 10/15/2002)
