Every subdivision tentative map submitted to the Planning Commission for their approval after the effective date of this chapter shall be accompanied by the report and recommendation by the Planning Department of the proper names of any and all streets, roads, or public ways hereafter dedicated to public use.

The Planning Department shall check and assign street names in subdivisions. (Ord. 1044, § 10, 8/19/1975)
