The purpose of this chapter is to provide for local regulation regarding the pasteurization of milk and milk products, consistent with the requirements of the Milk and Milk Products Act of 1947 (Division 15 of the Food and Agricultural Code of the State of California). Nothing herein is intended to conflict with the requirements of state law. (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 1921, § 1, 1/8/1991)
