Any person or agent or employee of any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or rules and regulations enacted pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment in the County jail not more than ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each and every violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 1921, § 1, 1/8/1991)
