It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, permit or allow any dog owned, harbored, controlled or kept by him/her to enter upon the premises of the Humboldt County Airport at Arcata, California, unless such dog be kept on a leash. (Ord. 1117, § 1, 1/11/1977)
