541-64. Abandonment of Dog.

The refusal or failure of the owner of any such dog to pay the fees and charges within the period provided in Section 541-63 from the time it was impounded constitutes abandonment of the dog by its owner. (Ord. 1315, § 9, 3/13/1979)
