Any person who shall interfere with, oppose or resist the Animal Control Officer or other person authorized under the provisions of this chapter while in the performance of any act or duty authorized or prescribed by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 886, § 121, 10/24/1972)
