The Health Officer is responsible for oversight and compliance of ambulance providers to all sections of this ordinance. If an individual or entity has concerns about an ambulance provider not complying with any section of this ordinance or the local EMS Agency policies and procedures, they are to complete the North Coast EMS Case Review Form. After review of this form by North Coast EMS, if it is determined the concern is directly related to this ordinance, it will be referred to the Health Officer for review and follow-up.
