(a) The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors desires that law enforcement personnel not arrest and leave unmolested qualified patients, persons holding a valid identification card, the designated primary caregiver, and any compliant gardens and supplies of medical marijuana in the amounts set forth in subdivisions A. and B. of Section 3 of this Chapter, unless a court of competent jurisdiction has issued an order contrary to this position.
