615-11. Inspections.
This section is included in your selections.
All waterless toilet systems shall be made available for inspection by the Department, upon request and with reasonable notice.
(a) The cost of all inspections shall be paid by the holder of a waterless toilet operation permit.
(b) An inspection by the Department may be required for the following:
(1) The owner did not submit the operational report and/or self-certification as required in Section 615-5(g).
(2) To investigate a nuisance complaint, communicable illness, or documented failure resulting from the operation of a waterless toilet system. (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2628, § 2, 6/4/2019)
