In any action, judicial or administrative, to enforce any provision of this Code relating to onsite sewage treatment, the County may recover all of its costs of enforcement, including, but not limited to, sewage treatment system repair, replacement, and/or maintenance, any administrative overhead, salaries, and expenses incurred by the following departments: Department of Health and Human Services, Planning and Building Department, County Counsel, Code Enforcement Unit, District Attorney, and/or Public Works Department.
