621-5. Areas of Regulation.

Every person who obtains a permit provided for in this division shall be subject to the rules and order of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Environmental Health, in the following matters:
(a) The manner of cleaning any cesspool, septic tank, seepage pit, pit privy, or vault.
(b) The removal of the contents thereof and the place to which said contents are moved.
Refusal by any person to obey and carry out the rules and orders of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Environmental Health, in the manner herein specified shall be grounds for the revocation of the permit referred to in this division.
