This chapter shall be known as the “Documentary Transfer Tax Ordinance of the County of Humboldt.” It is adopted pursuant to Part 6.7 (commencing with § 11901) of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California. (Ord. 952, § 1, 11/20/1973)
