This ordinance shall be known as the Library Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance. The County of Humboldt hereinafter shall be called District. This ordinance shall be applicable in the incorporated and unincorporated territory of the County of Humboldt, which shall be referred to herein as District. (Ord. 2163, 3/10/1998)
