811-4. License Period and Transferability.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Any business license issued pursuant to the provisions of this division shall remain in force for the period of one (1) year.
(b) No business license granted or issued under any provisions of this chapter may be transferred in any manner. A change in ownership or location of a business requires reapplication and payment of application and license fees. (Ord. 2660, § 2, 11/17/2020)
