Permits as are required in § 813-2 of this chapter shall e obtained annually and be valid from the date of issue to December 31st of the year of issuance, at which time, or prior thereto, application shall be made for a renewal of the permit. Upon receiving application together with the required fee prescribed in § 813-5 of this chapter, the Tax Collector will renew the permit for the following year. (Ord. 253, § 10, 11/8/1948)
