Any person who operates any sawmill or other mill or manufacturing plant described in § 813-2 of this chapter without first obtaining the required permit, or who operates such sawmill or other mill or manufacturing plant upon which the permit has been suspended by the court of competent jurisdiction, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
