A fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for issuing a permit, which fee shall be paid at the time the application is made. For each application made hereunder that must be reviewed by the Community Development Services Department, the Treasurer-Tax Collector shall also collect an application review fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) when the application is made.
