At any time after a permit has been suspended, the court shall, upon the motion of the permittee, require the proper enforcement officers to make an examination of the suspended operation and to report the result of such examination to the court within five (5) days. If it is reported by the officers that the law, violations for which the permit was suspended, has been complied with, the court will revoke the suspension order. (Ord. 253, § 9, 11/8/1948)
