Any permit issued under the pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall remain in force for the period of one (1) year, or six (6) months as the case may be, dependent upon the license fee paid hereunder, unless sooner revoked. Any person desiring to renew any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall make application to the Tax Collector for the renewal thereof, which application for renewal shall be made in the same manner as for the issuance of said original permit.
