843-3. Applicability.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) This Ordinance applies to the permitting of all electric vehicles and electric vehicle charging stations in the unincorporated area of Humboldt County (hereinafter referred to as County). (Ord. 2579, § 1, 9/19/2017)
(b) Electric vehicle charging stations legally established or permitted prior to the effective date of this Ordinance are not subject to the requirements of this Ordinance unless physical modifications or alterations are undertaken that materially change the size, type or components of electric vehicle charging stations.
