851-5. Failure to Obtain a Franchise.

Consistent with the requirements of due process, a Person’s failure to obtain a Franchise as required by this Division may, in the County’s discretion, result in: (Ord. 2316, § 1, 4/20/04)
(a) Forfeiture, by operation of law, of the Person’s Cable Communication System located in the Public Rights-of-Way that are not authorized by an existing Franchise; and/or (Ord. 2316, § 1, 4/20/2004)
(b) A requirement that the Cable Communication System be removed, that penalties and damages be paid, or any other remedy authorized by this Code or by law. (Ord. 2316, § 1, 4/20/2004)
