855-8. Notices.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Each state franchise holder or applicant for a state franchise shall file with the County a copy of all applications or notices that the state franchise holder or applicant is required to file with the California Public Utilities Commission. (Ord. 2443, § 1, 1/25/2011)
(b) Unless otherwise specified in this Section, all notices or other documentation that a state franchise holder is required to provide to the County under this Section or the California Public Utilities Code shall be provided to the County Administrative Officer or his/her successors or designees.
