Each organization conducting a bingo game shall maintain detailed records of all profits, expenditures, prizes and other expenses associated with the operation of bingo games. Said records shall be retained for such period of time as required by State and Federal law and for a period of three (3) years for the purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 1180, § 11, 11/8/1977)
