No person or organization shall conduct a bingo game in Humboldt County without first obtaining a permit from the Treasurer-Tax Collector of the County of Humboldt to do so. (Ord. 1180, § 17, 11/8/1977; Ord. 1553, § 1, 9/21/1982)
