Each organization proposing to conduct ten (10) bingo games or less a year shall obtain a special permit from the Treasurer-Tax Collector for each bingo game. Said special permit shall be valid only for the bingo game specified thereon.

Each organization proposing to conduct more than ten (10) bingo games a year shall obtain a general permit from the Treasurer-Tax Collector. (Ord. 1553, § 1, 9/21/1982)
