No person shall allow or permit any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years not accompanied by a parent or responsible person over the age of eighteen (18) years to attend a public dance or public cafe dance. It shall be a misdemeanor to violate this section. (Ord. 980, § 15, 4/23/1974)
