Any person conducting a public dance, public cafe dance or youth dance or permitting such dance to be conducted on premises under his/her control without first having obtained a license therefor pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 980, § 2, 4/23/1974)
