Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to violate 8 USC 1373, the California Trust Act, the provisions stated above in California Statutes of 2017, Chapter 495, currently referenced by Bill Number SB 54 or any State or Federal laws with regard to immigration or other law enforcement.
