It shall be an infraction for any person to drink out of any open bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage in any location prohibited by this chapter. This chapter shall not apply to County parks, state parks or lands or federal parks or lands. (Ord. 1916, § 2, 12/11/1990)
