Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor which is punishable by a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment in the County jail not to exceed six (6) months, or both. (Ord. 2605, § 1, 7/24/2018)
