Any violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be considered an infraction, punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense; a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a second offense; a fine of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the third offense; and revocation of the permit for the fourth offense. If an alarm user’s permittee fails to pay within thirty (30) days of its billing any charges authorized by this chapter a penalty assessment for thirty (30), sixty (60), or ninety (90) days late payment as set forth in the Humboldt County Schedule of Fees and Charges will be assessed.
