916-16. Fees.
This section is included in your selections.
Fees imposed pursuant to this chapter shall be as set forth in the Humboldt County Schedule of Fees and Charges and shall include the categories listed below.
(a) Alarm permit fee.
(b) Reinstatement fee.
(c) Excessive false alarm fee.
(d) Late application fee.
(e) Renewal fee.
If an alarm user’s permittee fails to pay within thirty (30) days of billing any fees authorized by this chapter a penalty assessment shall be added for thirty (30), sixty (60), or ninety (90) days late payment as set forth in the Humboldt County Schedule of Fees and Charges.
