917-8. Penalty.
This section is included in your selections.
Any person who violates any provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of an infraction. A violation of this Chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty $50.00 dollars and not more than two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars. (Ord. 2041, § 1, 6/7/1994; Ord. 2150, § 1, 9/23/1997)
