Within ninety (90) days of the establishment of the Authority, and thereafter prior to the commencement of each fiscal year, the Authority shall adopt a budget for the ensuing fiscal year. The Authority shall prepare its budget under the same laws, rules, and policies that govern the County budget process. Hearings on the Authority’s budget shall be conducted concurrently with the County’s regular budget hearings. (Ord. 2278, § 1, 9/10/2002)
