6.1 PRINCIPAL ZONES

6.2 COMBINING ZONES
In addition to the principal zones, certain “Combining Zone” regulations are hereby established as follows, and in the sections entitled “Special Area Combining Zones,” in Chapters 3 and 4 of this Code. All uses and development regulations of the Principal Zone shall apply in the Combined Zone except in so far as they are modified or augmented by the uses and regulations set forth in the Combining Zone regulations.
